Lydia Carr (Software Developer, PA Consulting) will be running a 60 minute workshop on Software Testing for Developers.

We are running a workshop Thursday 25th of November starting at 18:00 GMT exclusively available to Dv8 members.

This will be a 60 minute session led by Lydia Carr who is a Software Developer at PA Consulting.

The session will cover:

• How (and why) software is tested

• Types of testing

• How to unit test your code

The session will be useful for anyone who is new to software development or unit testing! We will also work through some exercises, so you can have a go at writing some unit tests yourself in Python.

From there we will engage in a breakout session where members of our community can ask Lydia any questions they have.
